Marketing Operations Assistant

And we’re looking for a Marketing Operations Assistant to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Financial Admin: Managing marketing budget reconciliation, vendor invoices, and receipt tracking.
Coordination: Acting as a liaison for physician formulators (managing scripts/approvals) and coordinating PR/media interviews.
Campaign Support: Managing UGC and affiliate creator campaigns, including product seeding and sample tracking.
Reporting & Project Tracking: Coordinating monthly brand reporting across cross-functional teams, following up for on-time submissions, and tracking timelines for packaging/product updates in Hive.
Required Tools
Google Workspace
Hive / Other PM tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, etc.): Listed as a preferred qualification, so experience with similar platforms is a plus.
Amazon marketplaces
Qualifications:
Detail-oriented and highly organized: Strong process management and documentation skills.
Comfortable with numbers: Must be able to handle invoices, receipts, and budget reconciliation.
Excellent follow-up and accountability: Needs strong written communication to interact with vendors, influencers, and agencies.
Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously.
