About the Role
Dexterity is seeking a hands-on senior marketer to make our story clear, credible, and commercially useful. You will create qualified enterprise demand, define our position in Physical AI, translate complex technology for enterprise buyers, and generate content that brings our systems to life.
You will serve as Dexterity's overall marketing lead. This is a Principal/ Director level individual-contributor position reporting to the VP, Product & Growth, with company-wide functional ownership and no direct reports initially. You will set direction, choose priorities, and personally create and measure the work. The role has four priorities: enterprise demand; category positioning and content generation; executive voice, social, and content distribution; and events, trade media, and industry engagement.
