To give a taste of our brand's popularity, more than 100 billion YouTube views of Poppy Playtime related content have occurred since the game's launch 4 years ago. About Mob Entertainment Mob Entertainment is the indie studio behind the breakout horror survival franchise Poppy Playtime, pushing the boundaries of interactive storytelling and multimedia entertainment. As we expand our universe across games, animation, merchandise, and digital content, we're looking for a talented Marketing Video Production Designer to craft the visuals that define how the world sees our brand. The Role As Marketing Video Production Designer, you'll be the creative force behind Mob Entertainment's marketing video output. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and broader creative team, you'll design and execute on creative marketing materials such as cinematic and gameplay trailers, narrative lore videos, static marketing images, video thumbnail art, and other visual elements for various marketing campaigns. If you live in After Effects, know how to quickly bring an idea to life in Blender/Maya, and have a strong sense for pacing and visual storytelling, this role is for you. What You'll Do Evaluate marketing creative briefs and develop video and static marketing content in support of Mob Entertainment content across owned and partner channels Collaborate with fellow designers and Marketing leadership to ensure projects are successful and cleared through leadership approval channels Create cinematic animations using a combination of Unreal Engine, Blender, and/or Maya, and combine them with gameplay capture for game trailers and YouTube content Adapt deliverables for multiple formats and aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, etc.) across platforms along with creating versions for various partner channels Contribute to concepting sessions, bringing visual ideas and references to the table during pre-production Iterate quickly on feedback from internal stakeholders, keeping projects moving without sacrificing quality What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in video production, animation, or a closely related field Moderate proficiency in video editing and vfx (Davinci Resolve or Adobe Suite); Autodesk Maya or Blender experience is a strong plus A strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics/animation work across trailers, social content, or entertainment marketing Video editing alone is not sufficient. You must be able to stage scenes with light animation in Unreal, Blender, and/or Maya Solid understanding of design fundamentals in typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy and how they translate to motion Ability to work efficiently across multiple projects with tight turnaround times...
