Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.Ensure completed work meets quality control standards.Make difficult diagnoses and suggest solutions and repairs to customer.Communicate with scheduler to update status of repairs and estimate completion dates. Ensure quality service meets the contract requirements.Ensure that QC inspections are corrected on time and followed up on in a timely manner.Conduct supply and equipment inventory of storage areas.Maintain, repair, install, inspect, remove, replace, and modify all plumbing equipment and components for water, sewer, swimming pools, inert gas, natural gas, air vacuum, compressed air systems, steam, and POL equipment.Remove blockage from drain lines, both interior and exterior sewers within 5 feet of the building, floor drains, fan coil units, air handling units, stacks, vents, and storm drainage systems.Adjust, repair, or replace leaky joints, faucets, and other outlets as necessary to maintain proper and efficient operations of all related plumbing and steam fitting systems including, but not limited to, hot water systems, chilled water systems, potable water systems, compres...
