Watts is a leading brand with a quality reputation — and we have a dynamic future ahead.Scope of PositionThis experienced and dependable individual, as part of the Materials/Stockroom team, will be responsible for ensuring accurate material flow, coordinating material availability, and supporting inventory accuracy to maintain uninterrupted production operations. This role builds on foundational skills with increased ownership and coordination responsibilities.This position reports to Stockroom Supervisor. This role is onsite and is based in Fort Worth, Texas.Primary Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesPull materials for job kits and production requirementsLead and organize material requisition pulling activitiesIssue job kits and materials accurately and track discrepanciesPerform stocking and putaway with strong location accuracyManage Kanban replenishment to support continuous flowProvide cross-functional backup support within stockroom operationsExecute ERP transactions with accuracy for inventory trackingVerify kit availability and resolve shortages proactivelyAssume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Stockroom Supervisor or Company managementDemonstrate behaviors aligned with Watts values: Integrity, Accountability, Continuous Improvement, TransparencyTravel Requirements: Minimal to noneRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required (or equivalent experience)2+ years warehouse or manufacturing experienceBasic math and computer skillsAbility to obtain forklift certificationUnderstanding of applicable safety, policies, and proceduresMust successfully complete employment eligibility, background check, and pre-employment testingPreferred QualificationsAssociate’s degree preferredExperience with ERP/inventory systemsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExperience supporting production material flowGeneral Applicable Company Competencies Commitment to Watts’ values of integrity, accountability, continuous improvement and innovation, and transparency.Punctuality and dependability.Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work priorities and stressful conditions.Adherence to all personnel policies, procedures, and standards of process as implemented by Watts.Maintain productive and collaborative relationships with other Watts employees.Adherence to Watts’ seven cultural beliefs: Growth Mindse...
