Who we are looking for Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer, Machine Design Team Lead to join our team in Rochester, NY. This is an outstanding opportunity for a technically skilled professional capable of balancing hands-on engineering excellence with team management in a dynamic manufacturing environment.   You'll serve as the day-to-day manager of our mechanical machine design team while driving complex projects from concept through completion. We're looking for a collaborative leader who can foster a growth-oriented team culture while maintaining deep technical expertise in machine design and industrial automation.
