Serving as a trusted partner to senior leadership, this highly visible role helps shape and operationalize business strategy through market analysis, executive-level recommendations, financial and operational insights, and cross-functional collaboration.The role leads the collection, analysis, and evaluation of complex business and reporting requirements to support strategic decision-making and enterprise initiatives. Working closely with leaders across clinical, operational, financial, and technology functions, this individual translates data and business insights into actionable plans, business cases, executive presentations, dashboards, and recommendations that drive business outcomes. Key responsibilities include supporting Medicaid RFP procurements, identifying opportunities for clinical and operational savings, developing executive-ready materials, and providing strategic support for high-priority business initiatives.Success in this role requires the ability to synthesize complex data from multiple enterprise sources into clear, compelling recommendations for senior leaders. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking, executive presence, advanced Excel and analytical skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
