This role includes working closely with physicians and the clinical team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care.  Why Work with Us:  No night shifts or holiday work—enjoy work-life balance  Competitive pay and benefits  Be part of a team where patients are excited to improve their lives  Small-surgery center feel with national support  Key Responsibilities:  Support patient care before, during, and after procedures under clinical supervision  Prepare procedure rooms and surgical instruments according to AAAHC standards  Assist physicians during pre-op visits, procedures, and post-op care  Apply post-procedure dressings and garments with patient comfort in mind  Maintain clean and sterile operating environments and safely dispose of materials  Ensure proper storage and handling of patient records and maintain HIPAA compliance  Help manage medical supplies and equipment levels  Provide clear instructions to patients and caregivers on treatment and medications  Retrieve and organize patient records as requested  Collaborate with the team to meet clinical and operational goals  Required Skills & Qualifications:  Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program and state-required credentials  Current BLS certification  Strong written and verbal communication skills  Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel  Basic math skills  Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, and diagram form  Knowledge of surgical instruments and equipment (e.g., OR table, suction devices, laser, oxygen tanks, AED kits)  Professional, problem-solving mindset with a focus on patient care  Physical Requirements:  Standing and walking for long periods  Using phones, computers, and medical equipment  Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.  Good vision and hearing for clinical safety    Note: This job description outlines the primary duties and responsibilities of the role but is not intended to be all-inclusive.
