Together, we’re improving health and improving lives.Labcorp is seeking a Courier to join our team in Chesapeake, VAWork Schedule: Monday - Friday 11am - 7:30pm and Rotating WeekendsJob Responsibilities:Load all necessary suppliers needed for the daily pickupsComplete daily pick up schedule in a timely mannerDeliver all daily picks to your branch at the end of your shiftHandle all specimens and lab samples in a safe and efficient mannerSafely operate a company vehicle and obey all traffic lawsUtilize handheld electronic device to manage daily picks upWork directly with the dispatcher for additional pick-ups as neededEvaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions as neededMinimum Qualifications:No education or experience requiredPreferred Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED or equivalent1 year or more of driver or courier experience1 year or more of customer service experienceAdditional Job Standards:Very punctual with strong time management skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to problem solve customer issuesAble to lift up to 50 lbs.Valid Driver’s License and clean driving recordBe at least 21 years’ oldAt Labcorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives.
