Your Role as Partner Veterinarian: As the primary leader at South Peak Veterinary Hospital, you will oversee the center’s daily operations, quality of care, and client experience. Responsibilities include: Leading a team to deliver high-quality, client-focused veterinary services. Promoting preventive care and ensuring compliance with veterinary standards and Heart + Paw protocols. Acting as a role model and brand champion for Heart + Paw within the community. Guiding and mentoring associate veterinarians and support staff to enhance skills and patient care. Communicating effectively with clients, utilizing technology for telemedicine, texting, and email. Collaborating with the Center Director to manage team hiring, training, and scheduling. Participating in planning, budgeting, and financial performance reviews, sharing insights with Heart + Paw leadership. Qualifications: Veterinary medical degree with a license in good standing with the applicable state board. A minimum of 4-5 years of clinical experience and a strong client-focused approach. Demonstrated leadership experience and an interest in practice ownership. Proven ability to build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service.
