Medical Representative (MR) - Rhinology *Tokyo Area

We are seeking a Sales Representative Immunology Commercial Japan Region to join our Immunology Commercial Team, supporting our Japan business in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will achieve immunology sales objectives while collaborating with alliance partners and cross-functional teams. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.When & where:Location: Tokyo, JapanWork model: FieldDiscover your role:Achieve immunology sales objectives through territory budget and expense management.Develop annual territory business plans using market insights and brand strategies.Use key data sources to build territory action plans.Deliver customer value through strategic engagement and tailored solutions.Complete expense, call, marketing, and field insight reporting.Operate within regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.Collaborate with alliance partners to deliver shared business objectives.You build strong customer relationships while managing priorities effectively.This role requires:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Minimum five years of pharmaceutical sales representative experience.MR Certification and a valid driver license.Strong customer engagement skills with a value-focused approach.Ability to conduct disease and concept-based selling.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Strong planning, organization, and independent execution skills.Computer proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email software.Ability to tailor presentations to different audiences.Alliance experience or exposure.Therapy area knowledge in rhinology and respiratory preferred.Biologics sales experience preferred.Current clinical knowledge of therapy areas and competitor brands preferred.Established key opinion leader relationships in rhinology and respiratory preferred.English fluency is a plus.Does this sound like you?
