From credit card processing to back-office management, North points the way to smarter, faster, and just plain better payment solutions.Job Summary: An Associate Quality Assurance Rep in our Customer Boarding Department is responsible for maintaining data integrity while adhering to company policies and practices. This position is accountable for completing detailed data analysis of newly boarded customer accounts and identify inconsistencies in the company CRM that may need to be corrected.  In this position, the Associate Quality Assurance Rep will routinely field inbound calls from our Sales Teams.  These questions relate to pending applications, software integrations, equipment and missing document requests from the Underwriting Team.  Success in this position requires an energetic, solution solving individual eager to support customer loyalty and ensure revenue integrity. What you'll do: Review newly approved merchant account details to ensure and maintain data integrity within North, Global and First Data systems Verify that key data information is accurate in all systems matching the merchant applicationIdentify and execute corrections for inaccurate information or communicate this to senior team members for assistance, timely and accurately Ability to learn and understand processing rates and fees, business types, and processing solutions so that key data information makes sense from a business perspective and if it does not take the appropriate steps to question and change the informationDaily support of the Customer Boarding call queue Ongoing collaboration with sales and underwriting teamsManage and organize productivity through the effective use of all available resources including database systems and query reportsProvide positive customer experiences while maintaining a high degree of ethical behavior in all aspects of daily businessBuild and maintain strong working relationships with all North employees and departments by keeping a positive attitude and a collaborative focus in all interactionsAdhere to company policies as definedWhat we need from you: High School Diploma or G.E.D.Relevant experience preferred Strong attention to detail What we offer:We offer a comprehensive benefits package that enables our teams to live a life well lived, both personally and professionally.
