How can you contribute to our growth and transformation?We are looking for a Process Leader who will actively shape and optimize our manufacturing processes, bring effective solutions, and support our transition towards data-driven production.This role plays a key part in connecting technology, cost efficiency, and operational processes, with a strong focus on quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.How will your typical workday look like?Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and production documentationDevelop new processes and implement technological changesIntroduce new working and production procedures to maximize productivityAct as a key owner of the production module during and after SAP implementationImplement and drive 5S and Kaizen methodologiesIdentify and implement innovative solutions to improve manufacturing processesDefine and change the costing model, operation times, standards, overheadCreate and modify BoMs and routings in the ERP systemWhat do we want to know about you?
