This role requires expertise in modern workplace management, security, and cloud-based endpoint management strategies. The Architect will lead migration projects from legacy MDM solutions, plan transitions from on-premises to cloud-based management, and develop modern device management strategies for remote and hybrid workforces.   Key Responsibilities Assess the current IT environment and develop transformation roadmaps. Architect and implement Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager solutions for secure and scalable endpoint management. Develop architecture diagrams, deployment strategies, and documentation tailored to federal compliance requirements (e.g., FISMA, NIST 800-53, and FedRAMP). Design zero-touch deployment workflows using provisioning tools such as Apple Business Manager. Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance policies, security baselines, and MAM. Integrate Intune with Microsoft 365 solutions, including Azure Active Directory (AAD), Conditional Access, and Defender for Endpoint. Automate and customize tasks using PowerShell scripting. Ensure endpoint management solutions align with federal cybersecurity standards, including data encryption, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and multi-factor authentication. Support security assessments, vulnerability management, and remediation efforts for devices. Collaborate with federal IT teams and stakeholders to enhance endpoint management strategies. Provide technical leadership and act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Microsoft Intune and related technologies. Offer Tier 3 support to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in the Intune environment.
