Our flat structure means you’ll have the autonomy and encouragement to do your best work, have direct access to senior leadership and have the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the crypto space.  The Opportunity As a Middle Office Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trading activities. Your primary focus will be on reconciliations, daily bookings, and managing various financial processes. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Using a combination of tools and analytic skills, you will monitor our accounts and portfolios, and assist in daily reconciliations. You will assist the trading team with asset management in various exchanges and follow up fund transfers when necessary. You will work either individually, with other teams, or with external contacts to resolve any identified discrepancies and troubleshoot any systemic issues promptly and effectively. You will manage creditor interactions, verifying terms, facilitating drawdown and payment of loan principal and interest, auditing invoices and addresses. You will produce scheduled and unscheduled reports, analyses, and historical records as required by mandate or in support of other teams. You will help in quality assurance practises and will help developing manual processes into effective, automated processes. Discrepancy Analysis: Conduct thorough break analysis and resolve discrepancies in trading data. Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with various ad hoc projects and tasks as required by the team.   Our ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution in Finance, Accounting, or a related field  3-5 years of middle office experience, preferably within a multi-national, and ideally in digital currencies, trading or other financial services organisation Ability to raise issues with peers and managers, as well as communicate with clients and business partners to negotiate terms, as necessary As you will be working remotely, you will demonstrate an excellent ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and demonstrate self-reliance and self-motivation Good initiative, great sense of urgency and personal resilience to manage the ups and downs of fast-paced teams Proficiency in Excel and financial software systems Excel...
