Team members are assigned where needed based on production demands and staffing requirements. When a colleague is assigned to and performs that job, they would be eligible to clock in at the higher rate for the time worked in that role.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate production equipment according to work instructions, specifications, and safety standards.Perform production tasks while meeting quality, productivity, and efficiency expectations.Inspect and measure finished products using precision measuring tools to verify quality standards.Accurately complete production logs, records, and documentation while reporting defects or quality concerns.Inspect equipment prior to operation and perform basic adjustments and routine maintenance as needed.Assist machine operators and support production activities throughout the facility.Move materials, clean work areas, and provide general plant support based on business needs.Manually load and unload drums inside trailers, including working in hot, non-climate-controlled environments.Remove drums from conveyor systems and safely stack them in trailers according to loading requirements.Perform repetitive physical activities including lifting, bending, stooping, reac...
