As a Mission Assurance Planner, you’ll bring your leadership, planning, and subject matter expertise to work alongside thought leaders in the Indo-Pacific Area of Responsibility on projects including Homeland Defense, contingency planning, and critical infrastructure protection. You’ll use your skills and expertise to facilitate Operational Planning Teams (OPTs), bureaus, boards, cells, conferences, and working groups, and respond to or create Requests for Information (RFI). You will contribute to the analysis and evaluation of policy, processes, and systems related to client requirements. You will support related initiatives and requirements, including institutional and operational-level security cooperation capacity-building events, organizational assessments, and input into higher headquarters efforts. The world can’t wait.You Have: 8+ years of experience with Mission Assurance within the DoD4+ years of experience with operational planning at the Corps level or above and the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) or Joint Planning ProcessExperience with military operations and operational constraints across the USPACOM AORKnowledge of US Army Protection Warfighting Function and Homeland Defense PlanningKnowledge of Mission Assurance Decision Support System (MADSS), Enterprise Mission Assurance Analysis Portal (eMAAP), and Enterprise Protection Risk Management (EPRM)Ability to deliver verbal and written presentations to executive-level leadershipAbility to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the timeTS/SCI clearanceBachelor's degreeAntiterrorism Officer Level II CertificationNice If You Have: Experience working individually and as part of a team to develop collaborative solutions to shared problemsAbility to facilitate working groups and meetings with various organizationsMaster’s degreeCompletion of Military Education Level 4 Qualification Course, Senior NCO Professional Military Education, or Enlisted Joint Professional Military Education IIClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with op...
