This role combines technical leadership and hands-on development, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and developer experience. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction of our mobile infrastructure while leading a team of engineers and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.   Key Responsibilities Own the mobile infrastructure domain end-to-end (architecture, tooling, reliability), and drive technical standards and best practices across React Native and native (iOS/Android) Lead and mentor a team of mobile engineers, fostering high engineering standards, ownership, and a collaborative culture Design and build scalable mobile infrastructure to support development and deployment Lead implementations across key areas such as state management (MobX), geolocation, WebView, encryption, backend communication, and performance optimization Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines, driving automation of build, testing, and deployment processes to ensure fast and stable releases Partner with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps to align priorities and execution, and act as the main point of contact for mobile infrastructure across R&D   Experience & Skills 6+ years of mobile development experience (Swift and/or Kotlin) 2+ years of team leadership experience Hands-on experience with React Native Strong background in mobile architecture and infrastructure Experience with CI/CD and release management Proven ability to lead technical projects and drive architectural decisions Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Nice to Have Experience with Fastlane & Jenkins Familiarity with backend APIs (e.g., Python REST) Experience with Agile and DevOps practices   • • #LI-Hybrid Joining Connecteam Is The Smart Move: We build our people up.
