This position includes assisting with network equipment configuration and installation, including various network projects, wireless site surveys and tickets.Work is performed under the supervision of the Information Technology Manager. This position does not supervise. Duties and ResponsibilitiesEvaluates, installs, and upgrades network device software and firmware to ensure systems remain current, secure, and compliant with organizational standards. Configures and verifies network switch settings, including port assignments, virtual network segmentation, connectivity status, and interface configurations to support network architecture and performance requirements. Collaborates with Network Engineers to troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues through root cause analysis and recommendations for process and operational improvements.Analyzes network service requests and troubleshoots both w...
