This position is ineligible for employment Visa sponsorship.Overall PurposeThis position maintains the hardware and software necessary for a hardened computer network, provides technical analysis with a specialty in Local Area Networks (LANs) or Wide Area Networks (WANs) with a focus on performance, maintenance, problem resolution and routine hardware configuration.Essential Functions Configure, test, and maintain LAN/WAN equipment and related services for Web supportIdentify, diagnose, and resolve network problemsCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networksMaintain and support company’s LAN/WAN environment and Web Hosting ServicesPerform daily maintenance, problem resolution and hardware configurationPerform maintenance of all Firewalls and attend Firewall Review Board meetingsParticipate in 24x7 on-call rotationComply with all security policies and procedures, to ensure that the highest level of system and data confidentiality, integrity and availability is maintained.Support the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
