Network Support Specialist

As a Process Improvement Analyst III, you will support Guardian’s network of providers by responding to external partners and internal associates with timely, accurate service and record maintenance. You communicate clearly, exercise sound judgment, take ownership of your work, and represent Guardian professionally with providers, internal associates, and cross-functional partners.You haveRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.Experience working in web-based systems and across multiple systems.Clear verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and environments.Ability to make decisions using sound judgment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a production- and quality-driven environment.Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships across business functions.Demonstrated commitment to customer service, continuous improvement, feedback, personal growth, and embracing change.Call center experienceYou willConduct outbound outreach to dental offices, primarily through phone calls and follow-up emails, to confirm demographic, practice, and directory information in support of state-specific requirements.Update source systems and provider records to maintain data integrity and support compliance requirements based on outreach outcomes.Review and update records, provide reports, and respond to inquiries from multiple email boxes within department turnaround timelines.Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex inquiries and escalated issues, including providing status updates to the Team Leader as needed.Contribute to new and updated workflows that drive consistency, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.Support specialty project work outside day-to-day responsibilities, including generating rosters, making external calls, and completing mandatory updates required by contracts and compliance.Reporting RelationshipsAs our Network Support Specialist, you will report to the Team Leader of Network Services.LocationThis is a mobile position.Salary Range:$42,830.00 - $64,250.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position.
