Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Nurse to join our healthcare team in Purwakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, support medical procedures, and promote patient safety while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care and ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards and best practices.Monitor patients' conditions, assess vital signs, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.Assist patients before, during, and after medical procedures, providing physical and emotional support.Prepare and maintain patient care facilities, medical equipment, medicines, and supplies.Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-treatment care.Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection prevention, and quality standards.Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective patient care.Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development programs. Required QualificationsMinimum Diploma (D3) in Nursing.Holds a valid and active Nursing Registration Certificate (STR).Holds a valid Basic Trauma and Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS) certification.Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Able to work in a dynamic environment.
