The CYF program encompasses a broad array of outreach and wraparound services including Parenting and Pregnancy Support, Children’s Community-Based Programming, Residential Programs and Suicide Prevention. The ideal candidate will support the program through comprehensive administrative and clerical assistance, ensuring smooth operations. They should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: Ensure all systems are operating efficiently and meet the needs of staff and families. Manage daily administrative operations of the office, including establishing work priorities for all co-located programs. Assist in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations of the office. Coordinate with the Facilities Department in maintaining office health and safety inspections, certifications and licenses, and any maintenance needs. Provide reception and administrative support: phone and door coverage, coordinating deliveries, managing and ordering office supplies, copying/scanning, as needed. Manage all aspects of referrals including intake procedures, eligibility and tracking. Establish professional relationships with collateral agencies, including sharing and securing resources. Maintain active participant paper files, open new cases and discharge closed files. Archive discharged files in accordance with established retirement schedule or legal requirements and in coordination with the Medical Records Department. Manage all aspects of groups and meetings including advertisement, attendance and minutes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services or Business-related field and two years of relevant management experience in data collection and tracking, office management, fiscal services, administration, and human services.
