The Guardant Health screening portfolio, including the Shield™ test, aims to address the needs of individuals eligible for cancer screening. About the Role: The primary role of the Executive Oncology Training Manager (OTM) is to work closely with the Head of Oncology Training and Development and the Training Team to identify key initiatives via needs assessment and other means that will drive measurable impact on Commercial goals for the field role they oversee as well as any additional Training lead roles they are assigned.  This role will be responsible for the development, guidance, and/or execution of sustainment and new hire training on multiple topics including, but not limited to product, patient journey, disease state, sales skills. Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to successfully build and implement curricula. Utilization of various training channels and modalities is expected (pod casts, workshops, slide decks, etc.). Responsibilities: Ownership of the vision and execution of assigned core departmental duties Lead and support training projects that have a national impact and involve multiple cross-functional partners.  Proactively identify projects needed to support the goals of the Training department and Commercial team.   Develop and implement training plans for the US Sales team role that they lead  Participate in all Training team SOPs Collaborate with re...
