Find your future at Revvity Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Ensures that the assigned departments and employees adhere to all policies, procedures and regulations governing processes, products, and employees as well as environmental, health and safety requirementsEnsure that manufacturing teams following all company policies and procedures at all times and takes immediate corrective actions when needed e.g. pipetting calibrations, safety trainingProvide ongoing leadership, support and mentorship of direct reports and department team membersDevelop, monitor and report key performance indicators and metrics and take countermeasures when necessary to ensure continued attainment of long-term goals and objectivesCreate and enact plans and projects that support manufacturing’s performance goals, budgets and business strategyRegularly collaborate with leaders of other manufacturing groups, quality control, quality assurance and product development team to achieve company’s goals and meet customer needsOther projects or responsibilities as may be required.Minimum Qualifications – Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in biology related fieldMore than 5 years of relevant biotechnology work experienceMore than 3 years of leadership experiencePreferred Qualifications – Education and ExperiencePhD or Masters degree in biology related fieldWorking knowledge of equipment and process used in protein purification and conjugation processMore than 3 years of working knowledge of GMP and ISO13485 regulations as well as quality management systemWorking knowledge of ERP systems
