Operations Intern, Beijing
Position Overview: The International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT) Beijing Representative Office is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our daily operations. As a member of the operations team, you will assist with event coordination, office management, administrative tasks, and internal communications. This internship offers valuable experience in a cross-cultural, international nonprofit work environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, workshops, webinars, and team-building events; Support daily office operations, including office supplies management and visitor reception; Help foster office culture and support internal communications; Coordinate with local IT service providers for basic tech support; Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Current undergraduate or graduate student in any discipline; majors in business administration, public relations, international development, sustainability, or related fields are a plus; Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Good written and spoken English; ability to communicate in both Chinese and English; Availability of at least 3 working days per week for a minimum of 6 months.
