About the Role
The Operations Manager/Engineer, Energy Field Operations functions with an engineering-first, AI-driven operating model. This role owns regional day-to-day frac logistics execution while architecting and automating workflows across brokerage, trucking, and field coordination. The mandate is systems design — building repeatable, AI-enabled processes that scale across regions.
This is not a conventional logistics manager. It is an engineering leadership role embedded in real-world oilfield operations.
