The Production Supervisor is accountable for meeting or exceeding all operational goals through strong interpersonal communication, strategic planning, and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate builds strong professional relationships across departments, is an agent of change, and prioritizes the safety of both our team and our customers.   To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty within the warehouse satisfactorily. Responsible for meeting site environmental, health, quality & safety performance metrics. Maintains or exceeds the requirements and standards of OSHA, AlB, GMP, HACCP, FSSC, and FDA. Monitor and assess team performance against established KPIs. Implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall operational excellence.
