This must be done in compliance of all  policies and procedures and comply to ESHQ rules both set by Imerys and also all legal responsibilities as defined by Government and compliance  bodies, including but not exclusively, the HSE, EA, ISO and local governing bodies.The teams provide 24/7 production capability, meaning we have the opportunity to operate at all times, depending on demand. This can mean working on bank holidays The role is a mixture of computer work and on-site checks and adjustments, using heavy fixed machinery and small vehicles, with lighter tools and instruments as well.There may be occasions where tasks outside of the standard process will be requested, which will be reasonable and practicableRoles and ResponsibilitiesTo operate and control the defined process according to L3 operating proceduresTo be responsible for your own safety and others around you, using training and tools providedTo have a strong focus on ensuring ESHQ remains the top priorityTo report all accidents/incidents/near misses/ at risk conditions and behaviourRecording and reporting process operating conditions and performanceTo communicate deviations in a timely mannerMaintain good housekeeping throughout the plant/siteTo fully engage in all training and to adhere to the training givenTo proactively be involved in continuous improvement processes, including improvement suggestions and daily communication ritual...
