As Cresco grows, we will operate with the same level of professionalism and precision in each new market we move in to.SCHEDULE Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 3:00pm JOB SUMMARY Our Order Fulfillment Agent is responsible for picking, toting, and processing all customer orders appropriately before leaving the facility for delivery. This role works closely with our 3 rd party transporter to ensure customer orders are accurate, complete, and arranged in accordance with Cresco's quality standards and state regulations. CORE JOB DUTIES  Appropriately applying labels to all products for shipment. Confirming packaging and marketing labels are correct on finished goods. Confirming products’ unit counts and labels match dispensary manifests, ensuring no rejections or complaints from customers. Placing customer orders on schedule according to department leadership.  Achieve department-specific key performance indicators (KPIs) as assigned.  Provide assistance to other departments as needed to support overall operations.  Recording package gross weight prior to shipment.
