This role is essential in creating a welcoming first impression by providing exceptional customer service with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.Responsibilities include:Answer incoming calls from patients and referral sources in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.Schedule new patient appointments and process incoming referrals accurately.Provide information regarding Rehab Associates' services, clinic locations, and registration process.Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance trends, direct access regulations, referral sources, FOTO, and the Rehab Associates website.Accurately collect and enter patient information while maintaining attention to detail.Protect patient confidentiality at all times by adhering to HIPAA regulations and company privacy policies.Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient experience from the first interaction. High school diploma or equivalent required.Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.Proficient computer and data entry skills.Passion for providing an outstanding patient experience.
