We serve adults and adolescents with a focus on mental health, eating disorders, and co-occurring concerns. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Adult Counselor to join our Northeast Philadelphia clinical team. This role focuses on providing outpatient individual counseling to adult clients. If you are committed to supporting clients in their mental health and recovery journeys, we encourage you to apply. Position Overview The Adult Counselor will be responsible for: Providing individual outpatient therapy to adult clients Facilitating group therapy sessions for adult clients Conducting clinical assessments and developing person-centered treatment plans Collaborating with referral sources and other supports to promote client progress Monitoring behavioral and emotional needs and adjusting treatment as clinically indicated Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation Participating in clinical meetings and care coordination Supporting program goals and performing additional clinical duties as assigned Key Competencies The ideal candidate demonstrates: Expertise in adult mental health and co-occurring conditions Strong assessment and treatment planning skills Ability to engage clients in therapeutic work tailored to their needs Effective communication with referral sources and care teams Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse populations Commitment to ethical standards and clinical best practices Qualifications Required: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field Completion of a clinical internship or practicum in a behavioral health setting Preferred: Experience providing therapy to adults in outpatient settings  Pyramid CORE Values: We are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to inspire those around us.  Our employees are expected to align with these values, behaviors, and standards.  We are held accountable for upholding th...
