Our individualized treatment approach supports adults and adolescents facing mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our specialized Veterans & First Responders Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This unique program is designed to meet the behavioral health needs of military veterans, active service members, law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, corrections officers, and other first responders by providing trauma-informed, culturally competent care in a supportive group setting. Schedule Monday–Thursday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Compensation $53,000 – $57,000 annually, dependent on experience, education, and licensure. Responsibilities Facilitate group therapy sessions within a specialized Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) serving veterans, active military personnel, and first responders. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address trauma, mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and psychoeducation to promote recovery, resilience, and long-term wellness. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and insurance reviews. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Communicate and coordinate treatment with referral sources, families, and community providers, as appropriate. Maintain a minimum average of 25 billable sessions per week while meeting program expectations. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
