Your mission
We are looking for an experienced Paid Acquisition Manager to own and accelerate BlaBlaCar’s paid acquisition strategy in France across both BlaBlaCar and BlaBlaCar Bus.

You will be responsible for defining, executing and optimizing paid media strategies across multiple channels, including Search, Social and Display, with the objective of driving sustainable user acquisition and contributing to brand visibility.
As the owner of the French market, you will manage campaigns and budgets end to end, identify growth opportunities and translate performance insights into clear strategic recommendations. You will combine strong hands-on campaign management expertise with a broader understanding of business priorities, user behaviour and market dynamics.
You will work closely with Marketing, Data, Creative and Product stakeholders to develop testing roadmaps, improve acquisition efficiency and support the long-term growth of the French business.
 
Your Responsibilities
Paid Acquisition Strategy & Market Ownership
Own the paid acquisition strategy and performance for France across BlaBlaCar and BlaBlaCar Bus.
Define channel strategies, investment priorities and campaign plans based on business objectives, market dynamics and growth opportunities.
Act as the key Paid Acquisition point of contact for the French market.
Develop a strong understanding of local user behaviour, seasonality, competition and business priorities.
Translate market and performance insights into actionable recommendations for Marketing, Product and business stakeholders.
Ensure that global Paid Acquisition best practices are implemented while adapting strategies to the specific needs of the French market.
