ING internship gives you the opportunity for career exploration and development, and to learn new skills.We are looking for a proactive, communicative and confident student to join our Client Facing team within Wholesale Banking Client Services.This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international banking environment, where you will learn how we communicate with corporate clients, support their experience and cooperate with different teams across the organization.As part of the Client Facing Team, you will work alongside colleagues who act as a key point of contact for our corporate clients and help ensure smooth and positive client experience.What will you do?As part of the Client facing Team, you will support our colleagues with activities that require communication, initiative and interaction with both clients and internal teams.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the client Facing Team with day-to-day operational activitiesHandling simple tasks received from internal teamsSearching for and verifying appropriate client contact detailsContacting existing corporate clients by phone as part of our client satisfaction follow upProviding clients with basic information about the survey and encouraging them to share their feedbackFollowing up on assigned tasks and making sure they are completed in a timely mannerCooperating with colleagues across Client Services and other internal teamsContributing to a positive and professional client experienceWhat are we looking for?University students interested in gaining experience in an international corporate environmentVery good command of English, both written and spoken (B2+)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsConfidence and willingness to communicate with clients over the phoneProactive approach and willingness to take initiativeFriendly and professional communication styleReliable, responsible and eager to learnAbility to work independently while being part of a teamAvailability to work 2-3 days per week (20 hours)Previous banking experience is not required.
