Support the management and direction of all production parts and quality activity to ensure a safe work environment  Responsible for creating and executing a culture of continuous improvement Assist with developing and implementing production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance and other operational reports to detect production problems Set and monitor product standards and examining samples of product part and testing during processing Coordinate and recommend procedures for facility and equipment maintenance Aligns Innovation team to forecast and reduces labor expense, forecasts, tracks and escalates as necessary Lead and develop a high performance team Lead efforts to increase employee satisfaction and strengthen employee culture Advocate for people oriented management ensuring equality for employees Trains and coaches team in the Jeong Do Management Principles Conducts employee evaluations to ensure each employee has a development plan, is challenged and is motivated to continue their professional growth Achievement of daily, monthly and annual team targets Responsible for establishing and promoting a safe working environment and establishes and monitors compliance activities to support the safety program.Requirements: 7 to 10 years previous management experience in a manufacturing environment   Strong understanding of production of complex equipment and system integration Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements that includes but not limite...
