Our ambitionThe OpportunityPrimary ObjectivesProvide dedicated paralegal support for a high-profile technology-related matterPrimary ResponsibilitiesSupport the logistics and administration of a complex disclosure process for a major technology companyAssist with preparation for meetings and hearings, including compiling and updating electronic document bundles, preparing agendas and collating speaking notesTake accurate call notesCreate and manage legal documents and correspondenceOrganise and maintain matter files on Google Documents and other systemsLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholdersSupport billing processes as requiredOther paralegal tasks as required by the internal teamQualifications, skills and experienceLaw degree or other undergraduate degree (ideally 2:1 or first class honours)Exposure to civil litigation/disputes, through degree / LPC / Bar Course / SQE or previous employmentPrevious paralegal work (or similar) in civil disputes, ideally in a large law firmFamiliarity with Microsoft Office applicationsStrong organisational skills, time management, and exceptional attention to detailStrong typing skills to take accurate call notesAbility to work collaboratively in a large team environmentTeamDisputesWorking PatternFull timeLocationLondonContract typeFixed Term ContractDiversity & InclusionWe are committed to attracting people from all backgrounds and creating a respectful and inclusive culture where everyone thrives.
