Key Responsibilities: Assist with the drafting, reviewing, and summarizing of a myriad of licensing agreements, including in relation to consumer products, co-branded arrangements with high-profile IP-holders, domestic and international Olympic and Paralympic stakeholders, and more.    Interface with the individual business units and the International Olympic Committee to manage efficient processes for licensing of Olympic and Paralympic intellectual property.  Work closely with the broader legal and rights protection team on internal and external education regarding protection of Olympic & Paralympic intellectual property.  Maintain the internal trademark database by tracking filing deadlines, registration updates, and associated classes.  Support the broader legal team in the drafting and reviewing of operational contracts, NDAs, collateral documents necessary for solicitation of RFP’s, as well as confidential correspondence, memos, contract summaries, reports, and presentations.  Conduct legal research and analysis on special projects.  Support on other projects and&nb...
