As a Mental Health Counselor with Knowledge Road, you will have the autonomy to deliver individualized interventions, working collaboratively with school teams and families to support student mental health and academic achievement.

Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Counselor with Knowledge Road, you will:

- Provide direct, high-quality individual and group counseling services to students, as mandated by their Individualized Education Service Programs/Individualized Education Programs (IESP/IEP).

- Address a comprehensive range of social, emotional, and behavioral concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and complex psychological conditions.

- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning and educational recommendations.

- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique developmental and cultural needs of each student.

- Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, school administrators, and other mental health professionals to create a holistic and supportive learning environment.
