Partnership Facilitator II

Area of Assignment: Sangihe/ North Sulawesi ProvinceThis intermediate-level professional serves as the primary liaison between Compassion International and local partner organizations, playing a key role in strengthening local ownership and building the capacity and resources of partners to support children and youth within their communities.The Partnership Facilitator develops and maintains relationships with partners characterized by mutual respect, trust, and collaboration. The role is responsible for managing partnership relationships through established partner management processes, supporting improved program outcomes, and promoting a holistic child development approach across all aspects of the partnership. This includes mobilizing internal and external resources to help partners achieve sustainable impact.At this career level, the incumbent works independently on moderately complex issues, applies professional judgment, and contributes to continuous improvement of partnership effectiveness.CultureAccountable for supporting, upholding, and engaging in Compassion's core "Cultural Behaviors" in all internal and external communication and relationships.QualificationsIndonesian citizenBachelor’s Degree (S1) in Social Sciences, Christian Ministry, Management or a related fieldAt least three years of experience in community development, partnership management, or relevant fieldPrior experience working in Sangihe/North Sulawesi Province or other remote settings, and willingness to relocate with family, is essentialBilingual with advanced proficiency in Business English (speaking and writing)Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and comfortable with internet applicationsFlexible with working hours when necessaryStrong communication skills and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated integrity, initiative, and adaptabilitySkilled in program cycle management across areas such as WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), Education, Livelihood development, and grant managementAbility to develop and maintain networks for partnerships, strategic alliances and local resource mobilizationKnowledge and sensitivity to child protection issues is highly preferredCommitment to ServiceDemonstrates a strong passion and commitment to serving children and communities experiencing poverty and vulnerability, particularly in remote and resource-limited settingsShows empathy, cultural sensitivity, and respect when working with diverse communitiesMotivated by purpose-driven work that contributes to sustainable community development and child well-beingCandidates with strong relationship-building skills, an understanding of local culture, deep community ties, and fluency in local languages will be given special considerationTravel RequirementsMay be required to travel up to 50% of normal schedule*** Kindly submit your CV or résumé in English.
