We’re looking for a People Services Advisor to join our Dubai team. This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 days remote). In this role, you’ll help us deliver seamless, first-line HR support and administration to employees and managers across the UAE & Kuwait, ensuring an exceptional employee experience and compliance with local labour laws.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll be joining the People Services team. We own end-to-end HR operational delivery across the region, partnering with the business to streamline processes, maintain data integrity, and support our people through every stage of their lifecycle.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

- Own First-Line HR Support: Act as the primary point of contact for regional HR enquiries, managing ticket escalations on our case management platform and resolving issues or directing to specialist teams.

- Deliver End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Operations: Manage onboarding (contracts, visa support, insurance), offboarding, and core data changes in Workday, while supporting monthly payroll preparation and issuing official documentation.

- Manage Regional Visa & Immigration Processes: Partner with immigration providers and government relations to execute visa applications, renewals, quota submissions, and compliance requirements (e.g., OHC medicals, unemployment ...
