This opportunity allows you to directly impact client satisfaction and case outcomes, working closely with the firm owner. You will play a pivotal role in securing favorable settlements and guiding clients through crucial decisions, hence supporting the firm's commitment to justice and client empowerment.What you’ll do: Case Management: Handle pre-litigation cases after the Demand Department receives a settlement offer, ensuring timely and efficient case progression. Negotiation: Engage with insurance adjusters to negotiate the best settlements, maximizing client compensation. Client Communication: Present settlement offers and detailed breakdowns, guiding clients through the decision-making process with clarity and empathy. Provider Follow-Up: Ensure all medical provider balances are reconciled for accurate settlement calculations. Collaboration: Coordinate with Glenda Mitchell and other departments to smoothly transition cases to litigation when necessary. Assistant Oversight: Supervise and delegate tasks to a Pre-Litigation Assistant, ensuring workload balance and progress.
