Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager

The primary function of this position is to work autonomously or in collaboration with the personal lines team to generate accurate endorsements, evidences of insurance, timely response to clients and any third parties for client related actions.  This position is critical to the success of our Personal Lines Servicing Unit.  The client’s perception of our overall level of service is partly based on these job functions.  Accuracy and attention to detail is a requirement along with following agency workflows and standard procedures.DUTIES/ACTIVITIESWork in conjunction with the team to meet time sensitive goals set forth by the Account Managers and the Personal Lines ManagerMaintain client activity in the agency automation system and keep open Suspense items up to dateTimely response for client related activityComplete endorsement quotes, accurate issuance of endorsements and follow up for verification of completionComplete evidences of insurance and insurance ID cards for auto and home mortgagee changesRemain current on coverages, forms, and company rating tools to effectively support the account managers in a timely and accurate mannerParticipate in further education when requestedBack up reception desk for as neededAssume other job responsibilities as requiredREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS-Agency Personal Lines experience-Excellent verbal and written communication skills-Property and Casualty license-Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-volume environment-Ability to work well with othersDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS-AMS360 management system experience-Working knowledge of management and quoting systems for company partners that Advocate Brokerage Corp. represents-Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and the internetCompensation: The base salary range for this role is $62,000.00–$72,000 [annually.  Actual compensation will be based on factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
