Internship Summary
PGIM is seeking motivated and goal-orientated interns to join our team. Our summer internship program spans approximately 10 weeks, offering you a valuable opportunity to work on impactful projects where you can demonstrate your skills and talents.

Timeline
Program Dates: Monday, June 7th, 2027 – Friday, August 13th, 2027
Application Deadline: Monday, September 28th, 2026 (We review applications on a rolling basis and reserve the right to close earlier based on volume or role availability.)

What you can expect
•
Gain hands-on experience and learn business-to-business sales including all aspects of a consultative sales model
•
Collaborate and shadow with our National Sales Desk, Internal Wholesalers, to learn best practices of the business
•
Support sales projects, research, and presentations to ensure successful execution of various business strategies
•
Partner with the broader Sales team to provide solutions and initiate efforts to improve process efficiencies
You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way, add new value to organization initiatives and effect change.
What you’ll need
•
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program or 5th year master’s program graduating between December 2027 and May 2028
•
Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration
•
Preferred majors include Business, Economics, Finance, Financial Services, or related field of study
It’d be a plus if you had

Strong communication skills, both oral and written
•
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Strong quantitative and analytical skills
