Job Description Waltz Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Pharmacist to join our Bolero Specialty Pharmacy team. This role offers the opportunity to provide expert medication management, clinical support, and patient education for individuals with complex medical conditions. You will play a critical role in collaborating with healthcare providers and patients to ensure the safe, effective, and timely delivery of specialty medications. Your contributions will directly impact patient outcomes, helping to optimize treatment plans and improve the overall quality of care. In this role you will report to the Pharmacist-in-Charge and oversee the day-to-day functions of Bolero Specialty Pharmacy. You will be responsible for educating patients about their treatments, assisting with prior authorization processes, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure timely medication access. Additionally, you will monitor patient progress, document interventions, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and service delivery.
