This role also assists with invoicing across various programs and fulfills client requests.ResponsibilitiesAssist with payment posting, mailing dunning letters and maintaining all client service agreementsFollow invoicing practices, including pre-invoicing review for fee for service, managed care, diabetic supply and supplemental rebate programsAssist account management and rebate management with client requests (e.g., reporting)Other duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelors degree in Finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED required6 months of work experience in accounting, accounts receivable, billing, rebate, pharmacy, or claimsMust be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft products including Excel and WordPreferred QualificationsPharmacy or Pharmacy rebate operations experienceAccounting and Accounts Receivable experienceEvery employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and proceduresEvery employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions, absent undue hardship.
