You’ll help us make health happen by: Working at our care home that provides specialist and recovery care for the young and physically disabled/ specialist neurological rehabilitation care for 18 to 70-year-olds. You’ll: Provide therapeutic care management for residents by delivering bespoke clinical management programmes Evaluate progress; reassessing and altering treatments as required Providing support and communication in an understandable way to residents, carers and other staff members Completing any admin duties such as maintaining clinical records and dealing with enquiries in a timely manner Delivering a reliable, co-ordinated rehabilitation physiotherapy team and service Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: A naturally caring individual, who holds a degree in Physiotherapy, a HCPC Registration and a CSP membership Experience of working with clients with complex needs An effective communicator, with the ability to lead, mentor and supervise a team in a complex therapy setting, always looking to make a difference to people’s lives Any offer of employment will be subject to receipt of a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure Certificate from the Disclosure & Barring Service Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
