You will lead the global master production planning process for your area of responsibility, driving alignment between demand, supply, inventory, and capacity to deliver outstanding customer service and business performance. Working at the heart of the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve complex supply chain challenges, and support sustainable growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on supply chain leader who thrives in a dynamic, global environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence. Essential Job Functions:Lead the global master production planning process across short-, medium-, and long-term planning horizonsDrive the Supply Review process within the SIOP cycle, identifying risks, constraints, trade-offs, and mitigation plansDevelop constrained and unconstrained supply plans that balance customer demand, production capacity, and inventory objectivesPartner closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure material availability and operational alignmentUse scenario modelling and analytics to evaluate options, support decision-making, and optimize service, cost, and working capital performanceDrive continuous improvement initiatives and standardize planning processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and business outcomesLead, coach, and develop a team of Supply Chain Planning professionals while fostering collaboration and accountabilitySupport new product introductions and product lifecycle transitions, ensuring supply chain readiness and successful executionQualifications & Experience:Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferredStrong experience in supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment, including supply planning, capacity management, and S&OP/SIOP processesDeep knowledge of ERP systems, with SAP experience preferred, and advanced proficiency in Excel ...
