Who we are looking for A proven leader who will lead the expansion of our business into a new facility, new capabilities, and new high-volume production as we continue to rapidly grow our product mix, customer engagements, team members and facilities footprint. The ideal candidate has operational experience with manufacturing at scale, strong business acumen, a continuous improvement mentality, excellent coaching and motivational skills. Experience with advanced manufacturing, composites, aerospace, and/or defense technology are a plus. Prior experience with facility expansion and large scale capital projects is also preferred, as is experience working in a complex environment that includes front-end engineering customer designs and requirements for production.
