What You'll Do
Lead the daily operations of a 24/7 residential plumbing department with approximately 13 plumbers.
Coach, mentor, and develop technicians to maximize performance, customer satisfaction, and career growth.
Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top plumbing talent.
Work closely with Dispatch and the office team to ensure efficient scheduling and exceptional customer service.
Spend approximately 70% of your time in the office and 30% in the field supporting your team.
Ride along with technicians to provide coaching, training, and quality assurance.
Review KPIs, technician performance, gross profit, average ticket, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Help technicians improve their communication, sales skills, and technical abilities.
Resolve escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally.
Review estimates, pricing, and job profitability to ensure department success.
Partner with leadership to achieve revenue, profitability, and operational goals.
